Yes, most Marbella agencies share properties, clients & commissions. So, if you see a property you like on another agency’s website, simply send us details of it and we will send you all the information you require of that property. We can also arrange any viewings you require and accompany you on them.
As long as you do NOT register your name as a client with that agency, our offer is still secure. If you register your name with another agency, they will consider you as THEIR client, and as such, they will not be prepared to share you, with us.
In the event of a successful sale, you can begin to consider any suitable vehicle even prior to the sale completion. We, as your agent will be paid on the day of completion, with cleared funds immediately. So, in theory, your car could be available to you the day after sale completion. The car will be handed over to you, including the on the road price, registration and with road tax. The offer does not include vehicle insurance. For tax reasons, the vehicle will be purchased by Golden Mile Estates, and then transferred immediately into the name of your choice. Your lawyer can take care of this process.
