### Plot with Several Buildings in the Eastern Area of Ronda
This is an excellent opportunity to develop the construction of several homes in a good location, next to Avenida de Málaga, near the petrol station.
The plot occupies an area of approximately 2,000 m² and was formerly used for poultry farming and lime production. Within its perimeter, there are the following buildings:
**a) Three-storey building**, with a total built area of 454 m²:
* The ground floor is used as a dwelling, with 168 m².
* The first semi-basement floor, used as a storage area, has a built area of 192 m².
* The second semi-basement floor, also used as a storage area, has a built area of 97 m².
This building faces south-east and enjoys beautiful views of the Sierra de las Nieves. According to current regulations, the land is classified as Consolidated Urban Land, with a buildable ratio of 3.5 m²/m². This means that a total built residential area of 648 m² could potentially be achieved, plus 385 m² of open outdoor space for parking.
**b) Two-storey warehouse**, with 194 m² of built area, of which 146 m² are on the ground floor and 48 m² on the semi-basement floor.
According to current regulations, a total built area of 341 m² could potentially be achieved, allowing for the construction of 3 two-storey terraced houses.
The remaining area of the plot could be used for communal facilities, such as gardens, a children's playground, sports facilities such as a padel court, a swimming pool, etc.
A great investment opportunity to develop an attractive project in an area with excellent potential for success.
