Property Description
Prime Development Opportunity – Los Monteros, Marbella
A truly exceptional opportunity to acquire 5,433 m² of consolidated urban land in Los Monteros, one of Marbella’s most established and prestigious residential locations.
The scale of the site creates an increasingly rare opportunity to develop one landmark private estate – an extraordinary residence conceived around space, privacy, architecture and landscaped gardens. A property of this scale would offer the potential to create something genuinely unique on the Marbella coast, with extensive leisure, wellness, entertainment and guest facilities, subject to planning.
Alternatively, the land offers the potential for a boutique development of four substantial luxury villas, creating an exclusive collection of individually designed residences with large private plots, gardens and swimming pools. The planning report identifies the site as UE-4 detached residential, with a minimum plot size of 1,000 m², and considers a four-villa configuration appropriate.
